PHOENIXMED’DE KARİYER

PhoenixMed bünyesinde 9 kutu metodolojisi ile çalışanların performans ve potansiyelleri değerlendirilerek yedekleme planları gerçekleştirilmektedir. Bu kapsamda, terfi etmesi muhtemel çalışanlarımıza, terfi edilmesi muhtemel pozisyonlara hazırlanmak üzere gelişim planları oluşturulur ve gelişimleri gözlemlenir.

Kurum ihtiyaçlarına göre boşalan pozisyonlar için öncelikle terfi veya rotasyon olanakları araştırılarak, başarılı çalışanlarımız için kurum içinde yeni olanaklar yaratılmaktadır.

Ayrıca her iş ilanı, iç ilan olarak yayınlanmakta ve PhoenixMed çalışanlarımıza açılmaktadır. Bu sayede her çalışanımıza fırsat eşitliği sunmakta, yeni bir kariyer yolu fırsatı açmaktayız.

INTERNSHIP APPLICATIONS

Internship is a preparatory period during which theoretical knowledge acquired throughout one's educational journey is put into practical application, marking the initial steps into the professional world.

Internship, the first stop in career planning, provides the opportunity to get acquainted with the chosen industry for building a career.

Researching the institution where the internship will take place to gain preliminary information about the organization is crucial for a smooth adaptation and a productive internship period. It should be noted that a fruitful internship period can open the door to the beginning of a professional career, as successful interns within the organization may have the opportunity to continue working for the same institution or receive recommendations to other institutions.
