INFORMATION ABOUT THE LAW ON PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Phoenix Medikal Elektronik Tic.Ltd.Sti. takes the highest level of security measures possible to ensure the lawful collection, storage, and sharing of your personal data and to protect your privacy.

Our aim is to inform you in the most transparent way about how your personal data is collected, processed, the purposes for which it is shared, the legal reasons, and your rights, in accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("PDPL") and to ensure your satisfaction.

a) Data Controller

Under the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("Law No. 6698"), your personal data will be collected and processed within the scope explained below as the data controller by Phoenix Medikal Elektronik Tic.Ltd.Sti. ("COMPANY").

b) Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Within the scope of COMPANY, personal data can be collected in categories such as identity information, contact information, customer information, customer transaction information, transaction security information, legal transaction and compliance information, and marketing sales information from parties such as customers, employees, potential customers, job candidates, business partners, website and store visitors, and suppliers.

The collected personal data;

- To be able to offer COMPANY products and services to you, fulfill our obligations towards you, prepare records and documents, comply with local and international legal regulations, report, inform, fulfill tax and other obligations,

- To provide personalized advertising, campaigns, advantages, and other benefits for sales and marketing activities aimed at improving the quality of services and products,

- To communicate due to information technology requirements, system structure, necessity of information technology support services, to transfer necessary information about these services and products,

- To carry out traffic measurement, statistical analysis, segmentation/profiling, and CRM studies for sales and marketing activities,

- To measure and increase customer satisfaction, manage complaints, receive your opinions and suggestions regarding new services and products, receive error notifications, provide you with information about products and services, inform you about your complaints and requests,

- To manage your membership in online sales, receive your orders, complete your payment transactions, provide product shipments in collaboration with third parties, offer products and services that may interest you, online behavioral advertising and marketing, customer portfolio management, measurement and improvement of service quality, communication, optimization, control, risk management, promotion, analysis, determining interests, scoring, profiling, marketing, sales, advertising, communication,

- To use your personal data in any kind of product and services to be offered to you in accordance with COMPANY's main contract regulating the works disclosed by you in COMPANY's main contract regulated by COMPANY's main contract, within the scope of COMPANY's main contract regulating the works disclosed by you in COMPANY's main contract regulated by COMPANY's main contract,

- To examine, evaluate, and respond to requests from official authorities or you,

within the scope of 6698 Law, 5th and 6th articles, and the purposes and conditions of personal data processing stipulated by the relevant legislation.

c) To Whom and for What Purpose Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred

The personal data collected will be transferred within the scope of the above-mentioned purposes, limited to;

- COMPANY's business partners, shareholders, subsidiaries,

- Persons or organizations allowed by the Turkish Commercial Code, the Turkish Code of Obligations, and other relevant legislation,

- Authorized public institutions and organizations, administrative authorities, and legal authorities,

- To third parties, program partner institutions and organizations, companies we collaborate with, that we have an agreement with for sending you special ads, campaigns, advantages, and other benefits, institutions that we have agreed with for sending you cargo and delivering your orders, cargo companies that deliver your cargo and orders, within the scope of the purposes stipulated in Articles 8 and 9 of Law No. 6698.

c) Method and Legal Reason of Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data is collected within the framework of legal regulations by Phoenix Medikal Elektronik Tic.Ltd.Sti. by oral, written, or electronic methods or other channels that may be established/formed in the future, such as our stores, website, and mobile application, call centers, and social media accounts;

In line with legal regulations and within the scope of the purposes stated above, COMPANY collects your personal data based on legal reasons such as the performance of the contract, being clearly stipulated by the law, the necessity of personal data belonging to the parties to be processed to establish, use, or protect a right, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms, COMPANY's legitimate interests, and fulfillment of legal obligations, as well as your personal data being made public by you.

d) Rights of Personal Data Owner Stipulated in Article 11 of Law No. 6698

As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to the COMPANY through the methods specified below, the COMPANY will conclude the request as soon as possible and within a maximum of thirty days, depending on the nature of the request. No fee will be charged for a response of up to ten pages.
